Small footprint, useful electric SUV

The 2024 Hyundai Casper suits urban drivers wanting distinctive design, practical cabin space and accessible electric motoring. Hyundai Motor Group gives it a clear urban role, with everyday flexibility doing much of the heavy lifting.

Design that earns attention

A blank black front panel replaces the usual grille, while pixel-style LED lighting gives the Casper a distinctive face. Its move into the small SUV class also brings a longer wheelbase and a roomier cabin, though the compact footprint remains city-friendly.

Cabin practicality beats gimmicks

The cabin pairs a modern steering wheel and column-mounted gear selector with physical climate controls. Adjustable rear seats allow passengers to trade legroom for cargo space. Folding seatbacks create further storage flexibility, while the possible five-seat version could widen its appeal.

Performance and charging priorities

The front-mounted electric motor supports routine urban and suburban travel with measured performance. Fast charging can restore much of the battery during a short stop, while the stated electric range suits planned daily driving. European buyers also have a smaller battery version.

Who should consider the 2024 Hyundai Casper?

Shortlist the 2024 Hyundai Casper if compact dimensions, flexible seating, physical controls and distinctive styling matter most. Consider another electric SUV if your priorities centre on brisk acceleration, long unplanned journeys or maximum cargo volume. Hyundai Motor Group presents a practical city-focused proposition rather than a high-performance showcase.
